Position Responsibilities

Resolve client issues with the Relius Documents Software using software knowledge as well as a variety of development tools that are available. Reproduce software discrepancies and report to Quality Assurance department. 

Use Web Ex to access clients’ data 
Reproduce software issues reported by clients 
Determine the validity of a client request for a system enhancement.
