The ROE Representative will be primarily responsible for obtaining cable construction "Right of Entry" (ROE) agreements and "Utility Access" agreements for commercial properties throughout the Time Warner Cable Texas area. Additionally, the ROE Representative will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating activities between building managers/owners and multiple groups within TWC.
Essential Job Functions
Develops and maintains business relationships with building managers, owners and customers to facilitate Time Warner's long range business plans and agreement renewals.
Represents the Company to handle and resolve complaints involving Road Runner Commercial, property owners/managers and Construction / Engineering departments.
Represents the Company to handle and resolve building owners' complaints and issues pertaining to service contract and construction.
Coordinates activities between the Construction, Technical Operations, Sales, and Marketing organizations and any third party vendors.
Pro-actively Support efforts of designated Sales Teams in regards to access to target Commercial Properties.
Obtains information regarding new commercial developments in the Region.
Assists in generating and analyzing business analytics used to identify potential commercial buildings of interest to TWC.
Updates and tracks databases of all building locations, contracts, and service status.
Experience should be +4 years working with Commercial Property Owners, obtaining Right of Entry Agreements, and or account executive outside sales experience in a corporate environment.
Ideally the person would have a bachelor's degree but it is not a must for this position. A combination of a high school degree with specific experience working with property owners, sales, real estate, CATV industry, and or traditional Local exchange carriers (LECs) could be substituted.
Real Estate contract negotiation experience preferred.
Experience working with Commercial Property Owners or Property Managers is preferred.
Business development experience in a corporate environment.
Project Management experience a Plus.
Outside sales and business development experience in a corporate environment.
Knowledge and Experience with CATV "plant" is a plus.
Working Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and equipment such as routers, switches, frame relays, ATM and SONET preferred.
Working knowledge of Internet and LAN/WAN applications and protocols a plus.
Must be familiar with business software and hardware applications, such as Microsoft office.
Attention to detail is a must.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast moving environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
