Transamerica Life Protection (LP) division provides operations, information technology, legal, marketing, and finance support to internal agents and independent producers who market the companies’ life insurance, health insurance, long-term care insurance, marketing services, and investment products. Serves as Transamerica Financial Advisors' (TFA) main point of contact for TFA Representatives and their assistants to direct concerns regarding: the establishment of new accounts, activity within existing accounts, customer requests, reorganizations, incoming account transfers, TFA policies and procedures, commissions, registration, TFA product information, problem resolution and any other question they may have in regards to the Broker/Dealer or industry.
Requires financial services industry experience; FINRA Series 6 license; strong customer service skills; excellent attention to detail; effective time-management and communication skills; Proficient knowledge of English grammar, proper business etiquette and spelling; able to work under the pressure of high call volume and demand; PC proficiency.
* Must obtain FINRA Series 7 license within 6 months of hire.
Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule:
FLSA status: Non-exempt

Transamerica’s pay ranges are competitive and are based on the external labor market. An annual bonus opportunity may be available to regular employees.
