Key Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive scorecard based reporting using various sources of data. Reporting consists mainly of system availability, website usage, helpdesk contact statistics, Problem Management trends, and various other metrics both planned and ah-hoc.

Gather and analyze reporting requirements for all lines of business.

Create, publish and maintain requested reports

Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for technology and business senior management.

Manage and deliver the performance trend analysis data to support upper management strategy and direction.


Flexibility regarding working hours

Strong knowledge/experience working with Crystal Reports and Crystal Reports Server

Knowledge of SQL databases and writing queries

Relevant experience within the Credit Card industry preferred

Awareness and understanding of IT Infrastructure services with cross functional, multi-disciples business acumen

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong customer service ethic

Self-starter, team builder, adaptable and able to multi-task
