The Reporting Analyst will support the RPO Practice overall in addition to specific RPO program operations by providing accurate reporting of key performance metrics and SLAs, analyzing data/findings, providing recommendations to streamline and improve the accuracy of the reporting process, and facilitating process changes to the service delivery model in order to improve customer satisfaction, quality of service, and account profitability. This position relies heavily on strong business acumen, data analysis and use of advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint features. This position can work remotely part of the week, but will need to be able to work onsite 1-2 days per week at either our Milwaukee, WI or Troy, MI facility.

Responsibilities *
Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting. Provide accurate, timely reports and analytical information to support recruitment processes, customer support functions, program management and other users *
Support account and or practice with other reporting and ad hoc information requests including performance metrics through compilation and interpretation of data pulled from various technical/specialized sources. *
Provide analysis of past and present operations trends, analyzing data to identify root cause, present findings to management. *
Facilitate problem resolution of issues related to third party databases and applications. Serve as a liaison to IT/programming for special project requests *
Consult and communicate with internal leadership and customers regarding data, analysis, findings, trends, and recommendations. *
Define and implement work processes including practice/program metrics and scorecards. *
Benchmark RPO recruitment results against internal and external recruitment industry market trends and provide leadership and consulting on areas of expertise *
Provide recommendations to the leadership team that improve overall service delivery (e.g. higher customer satisfaction, higher quality of hires, more fills, and increased profitability). *
Participate and provide assistance during customer/internal contractual audits.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Technical *
Strong mathematical, analytical and PC skills required. *
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Access database user required *
Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Visual Basic or other reporting databases and tools, preferred *
Familiar with HR, HRIS, or recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures, preferred *
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Brassring, Taleo, MyStaffingPro, etc), Peoplesoft or related systems *
Experience analyzing and trending large amounts of data *
Experience in presenting data analytics in PowerPoint format

Experience/Education *
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience *
2+ years of business experience in a service-oriented industry, ideally staffing (Corporate, RPO, Agency); ability to function in a flexible environment, managing multiple priorities and interacting with different clients *
Demonstrated experience in/working knowledge of full-lifecycle recruitment, direct hiring (full-time), sourcing activities related to supporting full-time hiring, preferred
