TechTarget is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our Media Products team. The successful candidate will need to be dynamic with strong problem solving skills, great communication skills and the ability work with data accurately and efficiently. As a member of the Media Products team, this person will be exposed to many facets of the business and will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Job Functions:
Gather daily data from various internal and external sources;
Format, sort and record data to conform to corporate standards and customer requirements;
Upload data to various web portals and/or ftp sites, repair and resubmit records as needed, track totals;
Remain in constant communication with internal client consulting teams;
Work with internal team members to coordinate all required reporting elements throughout the campaign process;
Work with internal teams to resolve reporting issues as they arise;
Help to develop efficient workflows for multiple processes; and,
Take on additional projects as the need arises.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
B.A. or B.S. degree required;
Experience working (or internships) in marketing services, B to B web marketing or ad agency preferred;
Strong working knowledge of Excel (in addition to proficiency in standard MS Office programs);
Position requires hands-on person with excellent analytical and computer skills;
Complex problem solving skills and ability to work with large amounts of data;
Good communication skills; and,
Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects.
