Location : Agoura Hills, CA
Reports to : Reporting Manager
This position will be tactically focused on operational reports and maintaining the data warehouse that supports them. The position will also be responsible for identifying, documenting, tracking, and testing reporting bugs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Compile and distribute operational and client facing reports
Ø Develop SQL queries to extract data from corporate database
Ø Maintain SQL database tables and Access databases
Ø Run daily reports and SQL queries
Ø Provide daily data feeds to clients
Ø Create new and expand upon existing report templates
Ø Identify reporting discrepancies and report as necessary, following through to ensure they are remedied
Ø QA test bug and enhancement releases
Ø Create enhancement tickets for new reporting related enhancements
Ø Track and provide status updates for reporting bugs and enhancements

A 4-year college degree is required, preferably a degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or Computer Science or three years of relevant experience may be substituted for the 4-year college degree. Strong reporting, Excel, SQL, and database background required. Experience with ecommerce, Web Analytics, and/or Call Center Operations is a plus.
This position requires the employee to apply knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and principles of finance to interpret collected data
Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Windows applications, Spreadsheet software; Internet software and Database software. Individual must be proficient with Excel, Access, and SQL
