UHMR Pharmacy Management is searching for a candidate with experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, and Medicare to join our team as the Reporting and Analytics Consultant in Minnetonka, MN. In this growth-oriented role, you will report to the Senior Director, Pharmacy Management and play a key role in building the capabilities of the Pharmacy Management team.
Key Position Responsibilities:
Review, implement, and monitor controls for pharmacy business processes, including the Rejected Claims Review process and other key business processes.
Develop department metrics and leadership reporting
Collaborate with leaders in IT, Clinical/Formulary Analytics, Pharmacy Benefit Operations, and reporting resources to evaluate and develop reporting and monitoring capabilities within Pharmacy Management and OptumRx.
Responsible for development and implementation of Activity Trend Mgmt reporting for the Rejected Claims Review process and other key Pharmacy Management programs supporting the oversight and monitoring function.
Preferred candidate would have development experience in SharePoint, extensive Excel and/or Access, and possibly SAS experience.
Qualifications
· BA/BS in business or a related field or equivalent education and/or work experience
· More than 4 years experience in reporting, metrics development, and data analytics required
· More than 2 years experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy related field
Development experience in SharePoint or equivalent web-based application; extensive Excel and/or Access experience. SAS experience a plus.
· Experience in business analysis and business process and controls preferred
· Knowledge of Medicare Part D products preferred
· Experience implementing new business processes and requirements
· Excellent interpersonal skills
