Job Summary:
Using discretion and judgement assists in the production and distribution of Client Reporting needs. Works with other Reporting Team members to identify and meet client reporting requirements. Assists with the evaluation and prioritization of client requests to develop and implement solutions to user reporting needs. Reporting includes, but not limited to, portfolio and benchmark performance, performance attribution, portfolio characteristics, reconciliations, portfolio holdings and transactions, broker commission and proxy voting as well as sourcing all data for client portfolio review presentation materials.

Principal Responsibilities:
Prepares reports which are accurate and timely for an assigned group of clients ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Participates in process for reviewing and evaluating end-user requests for data and reports. Working with other Reporting Specialists and Associates, researches appropriateness, availability and source of client data needs.
Assists in the preparation data, report and system specifications required to facilitate the generation and distribution of client reporting needs.
Assists other Reporting Associates, Specialists and other managers in the Technology and Investment groups to develop processes and controls to ensure data accuracy and conformity with applicable regulatory and industry standards and client specifications.
Assists other Reporting Specialists and Associates with their projects as requested.
Assists in quality assurance through conducting system, report and process testing.
Assists in the preparation written policies, procedures and checklist.
Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience or computer related field.
Minimum of three to four years' experience in the financial services industry.
Ability to take initiative to utilize resources and communicate with others both orally and in writing.
Proven process and detail oriented and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and suggest creative solutions to meet business needs.
Experience with Eagle, Factset - SPAR, Fundstation preferred.
