Responsible for providing Financial Aid information to students and families in person as well as via telephone, email, and live chat and supporting the campus Financial Aid functions and programs. Assists with completing Financial Aid paperwork. Provides accurate and detailed information to students in a customer-focused manner. Assists with the processing of scholarships, loans, Pell Grants and other similar Financial Aid programs. Performs general office duties. This position requires the ability to work a fluctuating schedule including weekends.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year related experience required.
Detail oriented, effective customer service skills, good verbal and written communicationskills, and strong time management skills are all required.
Must have the ability to use various internet browsers to perform research.
Required Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar application preferred.
Bilingual speaking ability preferred.
