PSPO Requirements Management Leads support large IT programs at Customs and Border Protection in meeting their mission objectives and program goals. Responsibilities may include:

Collaborate with homeland security stakeholders and users to analyze their needs

Develop strong understanding of mission goals, business processes, and functional and operational requirements

Reengineer business processes and enable them through information technology

Integrate solutions into homeland security environment

Required Qualifications:
At least 7 years of consulting or information technology (IT) experience

Experience in technical requirements, functional requirements, business process definition, use case development, Rational ReqPro or similar requirement repository, and systems engineering or SDLC

Experience with Rational Suite, Rational Unified Process (RUP) and requirements management processes and tools

Experience working with clients to develop requirements for border and/or passenger vetting systems

Experience with homeland security or similar missions

Bachelor's Degree required

Active Clearance with Customs and Border Protection

Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience in a high performance management consulting or similar environment

Experience in large government transformation / information technology programs

Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Unified Modeling Language (UML)

Training, experience, and/or certifications in business process design, information technology requirements analysis, requirement traceability, and/or systems engineering
