RGS is seeking a requirements manager to lead a team of business analysts to identify and model business requirements. Requirements manager will work closely with business units to develop requirements documentation for high priority automation projects. Requirements team will support the automation efforts from requirements through to deployment.
•Leads a team of business analysts to conduct the analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
•Apply technical knowledge of most phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
•Monitors completion of requirements gathering and validation.
•Reports on progress to project manager and client.
•Instruct, direct, and check the work of junior business analysts.
•Interact and communicate with senior government leadership and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
•Oversees the creation of process models and use cases to meet complex business needs.
•Prepares detailed business specifications from which applications are designed, developed, coded, and tested.
•Develop and deliver training for newly created systems.
•7+ years of experience with cultivating technical requirements with customers for their mission needs
•Experience with the software development life cycle
•Experience with Agile software development a plus
•Experience with developing user and training documentation
•Experience with developing and executing test plans and scripts
•Minimum of five years federal consulting experience;
•Direct client support experience; specifically direct experience with senior leadership
•Strong written, verbal communication skills; attention to detail; and ability to multi-task
•Department of Justice (DOJ) experience
•DOJ U.S. Marshals experience
Masters; MBA preferred
Clearance: U.S. Marshals Public Trust preferred; DoD Top Secret accepted
