Research Associate Position Multi-Modal Medical Image Analysis

The Center for Computational Imaging and Personalized Diagnostics ( CCIPD ) in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, is looking for a Research Associate with interest in developing and applying computerized image analysis tools to problems in medical image analysis.

The successful applicant should have experience in multi-modal medical image analysis, pattern recognition, and machine learning. The candidate will work with other faculty members within CCIPD and clinical investigators at CWRU to develop novel algorithms for quantitative image analysis, digital pathology, radiotherapy planning and quantitative treatment evaluation via multi-modality data visualization and integration. Candidates with demonstrated interest in deformable image registration, medical image segmentation, image quantification, and biomedical signal processing are especially encouraged to apply.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research.
