The Florida International University, College of Business, Health Management Program is currently recruiting for a Research Coordinator to join the team. The Research Coordinator assists the Director of the Health Management programs with the design, execution, analysis and evaluation for various program and research projects.
• Work closely with the Healthcare MBA Program Manager regarding issues
related with to current students.
• Prepares presentations, literature reviews, manuscripts, IRB proposals and
other related topics.
•Design and manage various project and research databases and assist in
integration and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
•Assist in the designing of questionnaires and other survey methodologies
as well as assisting the Director or other program faculty with focus groups
•Collaborates with other health management program staff and with staff of
the College of Business to foster the highest standards of quality, customer
service and educational value in all programs.
•Assists with the internal and external marketing efforts, including but not
limited to publications, email newsletters, advertisements, and website
•Coordinates with the Healthcare MBA Program Manager for organizing and
conducting orientations, information sessions, and class visits.
•Produce written, tabular and visual materials for reports and presentations. Y
Collaborates with the Director, Program Manager, and other staff regarding
logistic support and fiscal management for all health management
•Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of
specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that
are related to the position.
Master's degree in an appropriate specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization and two years of experience.
