We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Coordinator. To qualify you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or a related field with a minimum of two years of progressively responsible project coordination experience plus proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing moderate to advanced range of coordination of research studies; assisting with the recruitment, enrollment, grant submissions, research data collection and study coordination activities; performing intra-operative monitoring; serving as liaison with internal and external funding agencies; ensuring the accurate execution of research protocols in accordance with Good Clinical Practices, HIPAA and required obligations to patient/subject, Principal Investigator, research team and sponsor; interfacing directly with patients/subjects and Principal Investigator in support of the clinical trials; establishing liaisons with relevant parties; assisting in the initiation and management of research studies; plus all related job functions. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Certification with experience in an Academic Medical Center or research setting plus knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
