Affinnova is seeking a Research Director to join its growing team. You’ll engage with a fun-loving and brilliant team of sales professionals, designers and analytics experts to solve complex marketing research challenges for clients. You’ll work on a diverse range of challenging projects that are highly visible to senior management all the way up to the CEO. Specifically, you will:
Develop long-term business relationship based on strategic and tactical experience
Manage multiple global projects from initial scoping to results, while identifying key business issues and recognizing strategic implications and recommendations
Lead clients and the internal cross-functional team through the execution of successful projects that are on-time and of highest quality from client kickoff to results delivery, including up to 20% travel to client sites
Consult with Internal team to identify and solve for complexities associated with study methodology, client input development, fielding and reporting
Work with clients and sales team to ensure successful introduction and adoption of our proprietary solutions and software
Effectively communicate across functions: Sales, Field, Design, Analytics and Innovation
Develop and mentor junior staff members
This position reports to the Research Team Leader (who reports to the Chief Operations Officer) as part of our Research Services team.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of marketing research, innovation consulting or brand management experience
Client and Internal leadership working in a team environment
Strong research methods background, experience with Conjoint / Discrete Choice preferred
Bachelor’s degree (4 year) or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field from top tier school. Master’s degree preferred.
High academic achievement (GPA - 3.5+)
