Position and Requirements
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to administer our market research surveys and record results while listening to respondent's answers about our client's products or services.
This is a part-time position and it pays $8.00 an hour (bilingual spanish $9.75). You must have a high school dipoloma OR GED equivalent. No experience is necessary...we will train you in our paid two week training program. If you do have call center experience, that is always a plus!
You will need to be able to type 20 WPM (with an accuracy rate of 90%) and there will be a typing test. As we are looking for those candidates who have the ability to read and speak clearly in a profressional voice, we will be having you read a script as part of the interview process. You also need to have computer knowledge and be able to work as a team player.
All employees must complete a two week training class with the hours of 5P - 9P before their regular shift starts.
We are now offering the following shifts effective 10-15-14:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday : 3-9, 4-10P, 5-10P , 6-9P and 6-10P , Saturday is always 10-4P
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday : 3-9, 4-10P, 5-10P, 6-9P and 6-10, Sunday is always 1-6P
Monday-Friday : 3-9P, 4-7P, 4-9P, 5-10P, 6-9P, 6-10P, 7-10 with rotating weekend days (Saturday 10-4P, and/or Sunday 1-6P)
