WWE , an integrated media organization and recognized leader in global entertainment, has an exciting opportunity for a Research professional to join our Marketing team at the corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT. The Research Manager will focus on Database and Panel primary market research, Live Event research, Target Marketing research, Secondary/Syndicated data oversight and reporting, and research support for various other business units such as CPG, Sales/Sponsorships, International, and WWE Studios.

Manage primary research projects in support of multiple business areas such as WWE Studios, CPG, Live Events, Sales/Sponsorships, International, etc.
Partner with internal clients to understand their business needs and develop high quality research to address those needs
Design, execute, and analyze in-house audience surveys in the WWE database and fan panel
Work with third party vendors to plan and execute research at WWE Live Events including WrestleMania, SummerSlam, Royal Rumble, etc.
Support the organization with syndicated data needs including MRI, Scarborough, comScore, etc.
Support the International team’s research needs
Keep current with WWE programs, characters, storylines, products, and overall pop-culture trends
5+ years primary market research experience including a mix of qualitative and quantitative research; cable/broadcast TV and/or film industry experience preferred
Blend of agency (syndication provider, rep firm or media agency) and client side experience a strong plus
Documented experience developing, managing, and executing market research projects
Working knowledge of research methods, applications, and appropriateness for varied business situations
Knowledge of Nielsen Galaxy, Explorer, NPower, MRI, and Scarborough
Proficient MS Office skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and completeness of information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate and tactful)
Very strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Proactive, self-starter with can-do attitude
Able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both collaboratively and independently as needed
Willing and able to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
Bachelor degree required/ Master degree preferred
