As a Research Specialist you will research payment disputes on credit card accounts. These disputes may be a result of an encoding error, a misposted payment. duplicate payments or unauthorized payments. You will be reviewing customer documentation along with utilizing various systems working towards the resolution of the dispute. You may also be contacting banks and other agencies to assist in the resolutions
Excellent communicaton skills, both oral and written
Ability to meet deadlines
Research experience is necessary
Knowledge of C3, First Search and Eserve are helpful
Experience using Microsoft systems
Minimum of at least 1 year Customer Service experience
Good organizational skills
