Plans and implements specialized programs; evaluates training results and makes recommendations for new and revised programs for various activities conducted by the Center on Education and Training for Employment, including DACUM (Developing a Curriculum), SCID (Systematic Curriculum and Instructional Development), AtA (Articulation through Assessment), Needs Assessment, and others; revises training programs as needed; makes recommendations for programs and training in additional areas; researches topics and training methods and trends.
Master’s degree in Education or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; considerable experience in DACUM (needs to have experience in serving as a DACUM team leader) and SCID workshop facilitation; considerable experience in curriculum development; considerable experience in task analyses and needs assessment; considerable experience teaching in a university environment.
