The Administrative Assistant to the Finance Department is responsible for providing support to the members of the department in many business related functions. This person will be primarily responsible for supporting the Origination and Administration teams in various job functions, assisting with the coordination and implementation of the newly created Origination Contact Management System, assistance with the creation and updating of Loan Finance Packages, preparation of materials necessary for ICSC/MBA Conferences, coordination and scheduling of Senior Management of FCE for lender visits, and processing of payables related to finance expenditures utilizing SAP.
