Maintains database by inputting updated information on investors, tenants, vendors and properties. Prepares andprovidesresearch on potential clients for Commercial Real Estate transactions. Prepares detailed reports, using Excel, for purposes of analyzing properties, financial market trends in Real Estate industry, etc. Assists in the preparation of client and prospective client materials. Implements Research processes to assure data quality is in accordance with corporate standards. Provides reports from corporate and vendor databases in support of management and marketing activities of Real Estate sales professionals. Maintains accurate property and availability information relating to all properties managed by CBRE entities.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in training and/or working experience. One plus years ofresearch experience, preferably in a Financial or Research environment. Commercial Real Estate experience highly preferred. Ability to comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write simple correspondence. Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Previous experience researching withinor working with various databases is a plus. Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
