As part of the Organizational Effectiveness team, the Researcher will support a variety of educational research and evaluation projects. This will include administration and reporting of online surveys, researching professional certification exams, collecting and reporting learning data for ongoing program and course evaluations, and supporting implementation of educational pilots.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage the administration and reporting of all Kaplan Higher Education surveys, including student, instructor, graduate, alumni and employer surveys.
Conduct research and compile information on professional certification exams for use in the design of educational programs.
Assist in the collection and reporting of learning data, including curriculum assessments and professional certification exams for use in continuous improvement of products and services.
Assist in planning and conducting experimental educational research studies and program evaluations.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) Education, Educational Psychology, Educational Measurement, Educational Research, Cognitive Science or related field
1-3 years related experience Educational Research, Program Evaluation, Learning Measurement, Learning Data Analysis and Reporting
Two years experience considered in lieu of every year of formal education required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
Able to manage complex projects Able to compile large amounts of information
Exceptional communication skills; ability to meet tight deadlines; ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
SPSS, Qualtrics preferred
Some knowledge of survey administration and reporting a plus
