The Patton Hospitality Management Reservations Agent makes reservations through professional phone, email and online communications. This position helps ensure that guests' reservations are accurate and they create a positive impression on the company.
The Reservations Agent will answer multiple phone lines throughout the day, retrieve voicemails in a timely manner and returns calls promptly, manage Patton Hospitality Managment Reservation emails in an efficient and friendly manner, utilize knowledge of online booking engines to process reservations quickly and accurately, maintain day to day contact with outside vendors,assist with daily operations at the receptionist desk, manages online chat sessions with guests in the PHM site, assist in booking and instructing our Voyages program, assist in rate building/changes within the year, process bookings for online savings coupons throughout the year, and assist Member Services and other areas as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Highschool education/GED required
This position requires at least 1 year in a customer service oriented field, vacation industry knowledge preferred. Computer skills required, with working knowledge excel, word, powerpoint and online reservations preferred.
