A. Participate in a training program covering basic information on Ocean County College as well as communication and counseling techniques.
B. Develop knowledge of all Ocean County College policies and procedures related to degree requirements, course pre- and co-requisites, scheduling, pre-registration forms and procedures, etc.
C. Perform pre-registration advising for currently enrolled students involving both those with declared majors and those yet undecided.
D. Provide group freshmen advisement programs during all registration periods.
E. Perform other duties as assigned. (M.E.)
$16.50 per hour
A. Associates degree with at least 3 years of academic advising experience.
A. Bachelor’s degree.
