A. Tutor students in the Student Support Services program in academic courses which support the students major(s) course of study.
B. Maintain an accurate log of student contacts, referrals and tutoring sessions.
C. Complete all reports in accordance with SSS requirements.
D. Reinforce student use of technology.
E. Reinforce student use of campus resources.
F. Attend two annual training sessions.
G. Maintain appropriate competency in contemporary computer technology.
H. Perform other duties as assigned. (M.E.)
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour
A. Bachelor’s degree in a specific content area.
B. Good interpersonal/communications skills.
C. A basic working knowledge of computer technologies
A. Experience working with diverse populations.
B. Teaching experience.

Hours of Work:
The Reserve Professional Tutor for Student Support Services is employed on a flexible schedule basis in accordance with the Student Support Services Grant during fall, spring and quick term semesters. Compensation shall be in accordance with the Student Support Services Grant Program, the Miscellaneous Salary Guide and Pertinent Board of Trustees policies. Regular, prompt attendance shall be considered an essential job responsibility.
