The University of North Dakota Housing Office is searching for a highly motivated candidate who will assume a visible leadership role in the development of a positive residential experience. This position will serve as a campus and community resource in a housing system of 3,400 residence hall students, 270 residents in apartment-style housing and 800 campus apartments, three dining centers and several retail food venues. Opportunity to work collaboratively with self-operated Dining Services and University Apartments operations. This is a full-time, benefitted, 12 month, live-in staff position.

The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) is responsible for the administration and operation of a residence hall, creating a living-learning environment through one-on-one interactions with students. The RLC will coordinate programming, community development, adjudicate conduct situations, advise hall/community government, advise a subcommittee of the Association of Residence Halls, and assist with summer housing programs including camp/conference housing, and/or new student orientation. The RLC will serve in duty rotation providing on-call support and emergency response. This position will be working with either the supervision of the Residence Hall Fitness Center, Living Learning Community, or Apartment Community Service Center

Criminal History Background Check
Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, College Student Personnel, Counseling or related field.
Previous experience working with student organizations and/or academically based living/learning communities or residence hall programs connected to specific academic departments or areas of study.
