Seeking motivated entry-level professionals with experience and interest in developing and implementing educational curriculum initiatives for residential students. Responsibilities include the administration and operation of a community of residential learning (200-400 students); supervision of paraprofessionals; student conduct; campus programming; and other student development functions.
Required: Master's degree in CSP, Higher Ed, Counseling or related field or Bachelor's degree with at least 12 graduate credits and Res Life experience. Demonstrated skill working with diverse college populations, commitment to creating an inclusive environment, and experience with student development and current technology required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on departmental initiatives including Living Learning Communities and Residential Education, experience designing and implementing student learning outcomes, commitment to social justice, and experience with SCT Banner and CBORD Odyssey HMS are preferred.
