Resident Manager, Managed Print Services
As the lead manager with one of our hospital partners, you will be required to quickly establish relationships with all levels of hospital employees including, but not limited to, C-suite executives, administrative officers and direct care providers across multiple function areas such as Clinical, IT&S, Finance, Materials Management, and Supply Chain. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills, problem solving aptitude and an entrepreneurial spirit that will drive the mission of our company and meet the strategic goals and objectives of the hospital Master Service Agreement.
You will be a strategic innovator of campaigns, initiatives and programs that will include tactical as well as visionary outcomes and results. In addition, you will have the skill set needed to run a fully-functioning interdependent print strategy hospital department, 24/7 help desk, and maintain a dashboard reporting structure with hospital officials.
Manage and lead by example a team of Customer Service Representatives and Technical Service Representatives by exhibiting servant leadership qualities and enthusiasm for the task-at-hand
Proactively foster relationship building opportunities with hospital end-users
Prepare and present educational tutorials and training seminars to large groups and on a one-to-one basis
Become familiar with a variety of manufacturers makes and models of printers, scanners, copiers and faxes
Lead the customization of the print strategy of a hospital for fleet deployment, right-sizing, e-communications, networking and connectivity
Represent the company on strategic planning committees for electronic records management and goal-setting in the print environment
Manage, maintain and monitor equipment and supplier vendor relations and develop best practice financial designs for the companys ROI relative to equipment and supplies purchasing or leasing to meet the demands of the Master Service Agreement
Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills with strict attention to detail
Skilled at preparing process and operational reports, documents, e-messaging and other written materials as requested
Demonstrated financial aptitude with substantial employment background in accounting and/or budget preparation and design
Superb ability to work autonomously with strong decision making and execution skills
Innovative thinker who is a team player and inspires others to achieve goals
Technical background on print, copy, scan, fax devices and understanding of network infrastructure and software applications is preferred
5+ years experience in a professional business or operations service company
Bachelors degree in Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Technology, Engineering or Corporate Operations preferred
Technical expertise as gained through employment or certificate of accomplishment in technology and/or software applications
