Resort Manager/Supervisor .

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.

Part-Time
position , working 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends .

Overview

Summary of Purpose: Ensures the overall health and well being of animals entrusted to the care of the KHS resort locations while providing excellence customer service.

Job Skills/Requirements

Adhere to KHS and Resort Standard Operating Procedures Complete morning / afternoon activities of all animals signed up on activity lists Evaluate dogs for socialized play A.M. / P.M. feeding of all pets per customer instructions Assist with play groups and daycare Answer the telephone in a timely and friendly manner Daily cleaning and disinfecting of runs, walkways and rooms Daily cleaning of cat condos / litter boxes Laundering of bedding, blankets, towels and rugs Check in/check out of custom Adhere to KHS and Resort Standard Operating Procedures
Complete morning / afternoon activities of all animals signed up on activity lists
Evaluate dogs for socialized play
A.M. / P.M. feeding of all pets per customer instructions
Assist with play groups and daycare
Answer the telephone in a timely and friendly manner
Daily cleaning and disinfecting of runs, walkways and rooms
Daily cleaning of cat condos / litter boxes
Laundering of bedding, blankets, towels and rugs
Check in/check out of customers, using resort computer software as assigned
Daily cleaning of lobby, public and/or office areas
Bath, dry and brush animals as needed
Provides excellent customer service at all times
Other duties as assigned by Leaders or shift supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements:
Ability to represent KHS in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to handle cash, checks and credit card transactions accurately
General dog / cat knowledge
Physically able to lift medium to large dogs-able to restrain dogs in excess of 100 lbs
Able to use full range of motion to include stooping, bending, etc.
Basic math, reading and writing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge and acceptance of KHS policies and procedures
