Provide a high level of service when assisting external and internal customers by maintaining resource knowledge to ensure seamless access to all Hazelden programs and services. Respond to customer's requests, utilizing communication skills, via telephone-mail, and written correspondence by gathering pertinent information and forwarding it appropriately.
High school or equivalent; call center experience desired, sales/customer service experience; ability to type 30 words per minute; basic knowledge of chemical dependency; experience with MS Office software; able to work rotating holidays and varied shifts days, night, overnights, weekends.
