Reporting to the Director of Resource Development, the Resource Development Manager is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization . This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Resource Development Manager will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Develop and execute strategic sourcing / recruiting plans
· Manage the candidate identification process by utilizing external sources and databases
· Make requests to place job requirements on internet sites to increase available candidate pool
· Develop creative recruiting resources/tools to attract qualified professionals
· Help to clarify opportunity needs, determining optimal strategy for success
· Identify networking activities such as participating on professional networking websites, attending career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on technical schools and outplacement services
· Develop and manage candidate referral programs
HIRING PROCESS: · Responsible for interviewing/screening candidates to ensure qualifications meet client requirements
· Conduct reference checks and coordinate drug and background investigations
· Assist with coordinating various on boarding processes
· Secure and share first day logistics information
· Maintain excellent documentation in the company's database systems
MANAGEMENT PROCESS: · Prepare resumes for presentation to clients
· Ensure internal and external database/sources are maintained on a daily basis
· Ensure efficient management of recruiting programs such as candidate referrals
· Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
· Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of anticipated needs
· Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
· Assist in the delivery of offer and rejection letters to identified candidates
· Perform other special projects as assigned
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
· 3+ years experience in Telecommunications recruiting (prefer wireless telecommunications experience
· Literate in MAC environment, MS Excel, MS Word and Internet
· Experience with candidate database management systems
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong problem solving abilities
· Energetic, self-starter with ability to juggle a broad range of tasks and duties
