We boast 2 outlets: 24 hour Room Service, and the elegant ANZU, here sustainable California cuisine is enhance with Asian flavors. ANZU is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We are currently searching for an energetic and personable individual with upscale Food and Beverage supervisory experience to assist the Director of Outlets & Assistant Outlets Managers in overseeing the delivery of excellent guest service throughout the restaurant floor and Room Service operations. A keen sense of wine knowledge is preferred.

Additional responsibilities will include the efficient operation of ANZU and Room Service which are staffing, training, scheduling, providing employee morale and a positive working environment, and conflict resolution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in food and beverage in a similar upscale hotel or independant restaurant operation. Previous background in a room service operation helpful. Candidate must have good knowledge of cuisine, beverages; a keen sense of wine knowledge is preferred, restaurant operations, food safety handling and understand and follow all laws in accordance to serving alcoholic beverages. Candidate will possess strong organizational skills, positive energy and a proactive mind set, be a proven mentor and coach, a strong commitment to follow through, and the ability to work as a team in all settings and circumstances.
