We are looking for an energetic, organized leader to join our team. You will be responsible for daily operations including maintaining high standard of food safety, food preparation, store cleanliness, inventory, cash control, labor cost, paperwork analysis and employee scheduling. This person is also responsible for exceptional great experience, marketing, sales, budgeting and promotions. Recruitment and training of staff is also included.
This position requires excellent leadership qualities including the ability to motivate employees and communicate effectively. Computer skills including operating point of sale system are a must. Successful candidate must have a high school graduate and have a minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, able to work any area of the restaurant as needed, have a flexible schedule and able to work 45+ hours per week.
