At Max & Erma's, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for restaurant operation including driving and building sales and profitability. You will ensure that each guest who walks through the Max & Erma's door is highly satisfied with their entire dining experience including excellent service and standards.
You will provide direction, training and coaching to team members while holding them accountable to ensure the highest leve of guest satisfaction.
