Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume, upscale establishment, preferably in New York City.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine & Italian Wines preferred.
Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain in control in a high volume, fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining your sense of humor.
Ability to think quickly on your feet, taking things in stride and executing with poise.
Professional, polished appearance with the ability to interact with all types of team members.
Proven ability to lead a staff and positively influence employee behavior.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
Computer knowledge including Word, Excel and Micros.
Experience with P&L statements.
