Job Requirements
Enjoy the variety of working various shifts, holidays and weekends as needed Have at least 2 year of restaurant general management experience Have strong P&L management experience Regularly work an energetic 50 hour workweek Able to work in all kitchen stations (prep, grill, fry, etc.) Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks Be an example while working alongside team members in their work stations Create a friendly and FUN work place for all to enjoy Demonstrate restaurant Marketing Skills to grow your daily sales volume. A proven commitment to deliver high-quality food, beverage, and customer service to every guest you are privileged to serve Unquestionable integrity Understand the critical nature of making logical and timely decisions under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. A passion for continuous learning and discovery. Have a valid driver's licenses Current Food Manager Certificate (is required) or pay for renewal of this card. Payroll deduction available. Proficiency in math skills and Microsoft Office
