Looking for motivated individuals experienced in building high performance teams and modeling high quality leadership behaviors. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for all the day to day restaurant and bar operations and standards including:
- Scheduling of labor,
- Cash handling,
- Ordering supplies
- Supervising reservation procedures.
- Training and developing the restaurant and bar team.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and highest of standards by assisting and monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service, initiating improvements and building relationships with guests.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of the outlet and service equipment. - Enhance the guest service experience by the development and execution of creative initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication within Food & Beverage and with support departments. - Maintain and demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry.
5+ years experience in upscale fine dining and bar management and strong knowledge of food and wine required. Job Code 1
