Experience in food service as a server in a restaurant setting preferred. Exceptional customer services skills and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure with all customers. Critical thinking, interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to solve problems. Must have an ability to work with changing priorities. Must work independently, but also take direction from supervisor and as a member of a team. Must have excellent people skills, outgoing personality and be self-motivated and organized. Must have knowledge of basic math skills. Must be commitment to quality service, and to increase food and beverage knowledge.
