What will YOU get to do?
Provide leadership and general management of assigned projects while maintaining accountability for timelines and budgets.
Develop project scope documents including budgets and timelines.
Maintain regular communication and present regular status reports with all project stakeholders and management teams.
Provide direction and support to departments in their roles assigned to projects.
Draft, review, and submit comments on project-related contracts.
Monitor and manage vendor performance and accountability.
Schedule and facilitate regular project status meetings.
Ensure consistent retail brand presentation.
A successful Construction Manager will bring the following qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or project management or equivalent combination of both.
Willingness to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to build relationships with all levels of staff.
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and within deadlines.
Exceptional communication and organization skills.
Ability to manage budgets and timelines and prepare status and progress reports.
Skill in solving complex problems and managing multiple priorities with ease.
Openness to adapt to change while supporting a continued quest for high quality and improvement.
