The Role:
Ticketmaster is currently looking for a motivated Retail
Field Representative to join a progressive high-energy
team. This individual will provide superior customer and
client service to all retail outlets within an assigned
territory. This position’s primary responsibility is to
build and maintain professional relationships and assist
in increasing incremental ticket sales with Ticketmaster
retail outlets. Emphasis will be placed on achieving
sales goals at the store level, ensuring efficient and
effective operations at retail outlets and coaching,
educating and training retail outlet personnel about
Ticketmaster.
This position requires a travel commitment of at least
80% to the local territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Service a multi-store territory via in-person meetings
to build and maintain relationships with retail outlet
store management and ticket sellers.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to
proactively drive sales. Monitor retail outlet
representation in marketing assets and event sales
within territory.
  • Meet with store management on a quarterly basis to
review current ticket sales, sales goals, promotional
programs, signage/merchandising packages, relevant
policies and procedures and any missed opportunities.
  • Coach ticket sellers on a quarterly basis to ensure
they are knowledgeable and motivated to offer
Ticketmaster services and promotional programs.
  • Interact with consumers while on scheduled visits to
discover buying habits, understanding their
entertainment needs and helping them discover how and
when Ticketmaster can be a solution.
  • Facilitate training of new employees at the retail
outlets on the use of the Ticketmaster system, policies
and procedures; provide ongoing supplemental training as
needed.
  • Preplan travel and meeting details, gaining additional
information from the designated Account Manager to
ensure alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Execute all store level aspects of retail network
expansion, product or software rollouts and other
business initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly ticket sales goals.
  • Complete administrative duties such as preparing
reports, presentations, maintaining retail network
records, maintaining supplies, preparing informational
materials and other documentation as needed

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of retail, sales or field based
experience.
  • Ticketmaster or ticketing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills as
well as a professional appearance.
  • Individual should be sales focused and demonstrate
analytical ability, strategic thinking and solid follow
up skills.
  • Individual should be well organized, have strong
prioritization and time management skills to effectively
carry out duties and projects in a largely autonomous
environment.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s
license, current auto liability insurance and a clean
driving record.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Expect a minimum of 60%-80% travel within an assigned
multi-market territory. This position requires overnight
travel to support the assigned local area, the ability
to work varied business hours, including some weekend
work.
