Time Warner Cable's East Region Sales Department currently seek a Full Time Retail Kiosk Representative for our Best Buy locations. This role will spend 3 days in the Staten Island Best Buy and 2 in a Manhattan Best Buy. Please find below a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

The Retail Sales Field Department is responsible to build and drive sales with our retail partners and give a great customer experience and solidify the relationship with Time Warner Cable and its big box retail partners. By being in retail spaces we serve a very important purpose at the forefront of the community where customers shop and give people a chance to see feel and touch the products to make their electronic purchases work. Gain customers buy in to meet their connectively needs and serve a very important roll creating impressions on customers who may be thinking about Time Warner cable.

Essential Job Functions

- Act as the point of contact for the local partners such as Wal-Mart and Best Buy.

- Sell all product lines including, Digital Phone, Digital Cable, High-Speed Online service, as well as ancillary offerings.

- Conduct table events, in-store product demonstrations, maintain our TWC kiosk/sales area, display all point of purchase materials and re-order equipment inventory and supplies.

- Train our retail partners' sales associates on all of TWC products and services.

- Enter sales orders, schedule install appointments and process equipment transactions for self-installations utilizing the TWC Billing system.

- Review goals and sales performance with our retail partners' store management.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

- Must have 2 plus years of strong sales experience with a proven track record.

- Sales presentation skills, problem solving capabilities, organized and demonstrated initiative.

- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently.
