We’re looking for a marketing expert who is highly adept in a retail context at moving projects and programs through with an eye and sense for making the client experience exceptional. You should have a track record in consumer marketing program implementation as well as an interest and some experience in exploring improvements in campaign design, communications, and program execution.
We would love to connect if you have had at least 1 year of direct retail strategy experience and at least a few more in relevant project or marketing management roles. Experience in the context of a professional services firm helps but operating internally as a consultant to different groups/teams can be just as useful.
Though our focus and experience is not limited to any one vertical, having expertise with consumer packaged goods or consumer electronics clients is particularly helpful. Travel is not usually anticipated but could very well be a part of certain projects. Having some flexibility in that regard would be nice. Add to all of this your inherent project management, presentation and team facilitation skills and you've got an overview of the person who'll make a big impact here at Lenati.
Communications: retail collateral/signage planning, evaluation, and design. Customer (CRM) and RSP communications
Merchandise Planning: assortment and inventory planning and management, direct experience as a buyer highly desirable.
Store Planning: planograms, heat maps, release guides, in-store collateral
Campaign: demonstrated experience working on retail campaigns that drove traffic and/or increased conversion
Events: planning and execution of in-store events including store openings
Technology: asset and tracking management (e.g. SharePoint), Retail CRM, knowledge of in-store display technologies
