Retail Integrity is currently hiring part-time Retail Merchandisers to service various retailers in your immediate area. We are seeking dependable & passionate representatives to perform retail and merchandising tasks satisfying our client’s objectives and goals. Individuals must be adaptive and ready to perform in a high paced changing environment. Must be comfortable engaging and speaking with store personnel and customers.

Required Skills
• Conduct multiple weekly store visits according to availability and continuity of programs
• Maximize visual presentation by stocking, facing, and pricing products
• Create product awareness and added value placement opportunities in-store
• Perform Planogram resets and Retail Installations as needed
• Meet timely required reporting deadlines providing relevant and accurate data and online photos
• Knowledge of basic computer functions, i.e, downloading documents, email, internet, etc.
• Work Independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients and RIMS
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
Required Experience
• Must be a High School Graduate, Independent, Self-motivated and organized
• 1+ years’ experience in a Retail, Sales or a Field Based Merchandising Role
• Understanding of Merchandising terms and tasks
• Personal Access to functional tools such Smart phone or Smart pad and computer
• Communicate timely with Management through phone and email
• Acceptance of packages including POP, IRC’S, and other materials needed to ensure client objectives
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and walk, stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
• Access to reliable and insured vehicle with driver’s license
