The retail sales associate position is a key compontent to the success of our retail stores. Team members will learn the Boombah product line and use this knowledge to assist customers.
We are looking for a candidate with a great attitude, willingness to work hard, learn, retain information, own projects and tasks, take pride in their work, proactively communicate, and desire to grow with us.
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
- Describe merchandise and explain use and care
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
- Conduct sales transactions through the POS system
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies regarding payment, exchanges, returns, and security
- Place special orders
- Stock merchanside
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly store
