Develop and manage branch sales initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation an maintenance of a business plan related to in branch sales initiatives consistent with member service and financial goals and objectives.
Develop, administer, monitor and maintain success of in branch business development, product/sales promotions, sales initiatives and reward and recognition programs to support business development, promotions and sales initiatives.
Participate in the design and approval review process for sales tools and promotional plans and materials.
Participate in development of effective, cost efficient sales training that utilizes technology to the extent possible and focuses on sales and service skills required to build long term profitable relationships throughout the organization.
Assist with the design, administration and maintenance of sales bonus programs, systems for sales tracking, distribution of reports and reporting sales results to management, executive staff and the Board of Directors.
Routinely review results of sales and service reports and work with management teams to creatively achieve high sales and service performance results in each branch. Assist management teams with sales performance management of branch personnel.
Assist and train management teams to recruit, interview, hire, coach and develop highly motivated sales and service staff in branches.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the credit union's services, pricing promotions and marketing programs.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or other related field.
Experience Required - Two years in a similar sales management or sales training and motivation position.
Skills - Excellent verbal and written communications, comprehensive knowledge of sales motivation techniques and demonstrated leadership and management skills. Fundamental knowledge of marketing, methodology, financial services and experience in direct sales supervision. Must be able to travel and may require use of own vehicle.
