Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Thorough knowledge of available products, pricing and services offered by Sprint.
b. Thorough knowledge of the features and operations of phones.
c. Customer follow-up and referral based selling.
d. Responsible for outbound marketing (telephone and outdoor).
e. Assist in keeping the overall appearance of the store neat and clean.
f. Actively greet customers using the Sprint GUEST process.
g. Proactive selling of hardware, including demonstrations.
h. Proactive selling of accessories.
i. Informative consulting on PCS service plans and features.
j. Full disclosure/education on handset features.
k. Responsible for keeping up-to-date with current Sprint methods and procedures.
l. Responsible for following, supporting and enforcing all internal control processes and procedures.
a. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
b. Experience: Great people skills, superior oral communication skills, one to two years retail experience in customer electronics or wireless, competitive, driven attitude and desire to excel.
