Retirement Plan Services Representatives work in a team environment to provide service to participants and professionals in the retirement plan industry. Responsibilities of this position include responding to inbound calls from plan participants, plan sponsors and third party administrators, processing online account transactions, researching and resolving questions on retirement plans. No sales involved.

Hiring Criteria
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment - Strong detail orientation - Ability to apply considerable amounts of information - Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment - Strong PC skills including proficiency with Excel - Interest in learning about financial services as no prior industry experience is necessary - Flexibility to work additional hours as needed - Experience in a call center environment a plus - Prior customer service experience with retirement plans is a plus
