Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering, understanding and communicating customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with culinary, wellness and operations to deliver winning product improvements. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to:
Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Return on Wellness product.

Design and execute analysis of both external and internal data to understand the sales pipeline, margin, client participation and define what elements of Return on Wellness are most used and what elements need to be improved.

Identify and develop innovative and creative product solutions and improvements.

Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.

Develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter.

Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

Be an expert with respect to the competition

Develop the core positioning, messaging and all marketing for the product

Develop sales tools and collateral

Manage return on wellness budget

Required experience and knowledge

Minimum of 3 to 5 years product management/marketing experience.

Experience/knowledge in wellness, healthcare, health education, food or other related industry.

Demonstrated success defining and launching products

Strong analytical skills

Experience using social media and digital marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing. MBA desirable

Excellent teamwork skills

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
