A Revenue Management Analyst with Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts is responsible for managing and analyzing the historical and statistical data related to the Revenue Management in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

This position report to the Revenue Manager. The right candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule as needs of business demand.

What will I be doing?

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you would be responsible for managing and analyzing the historical and statistical data related to the Revenue Management in the hotelÆs continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Collect, enter, process and maintain historical and statistical data related to management of hotel revenue

Create, prepare, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports using current data management systems

Provide analysis of trends, demand and market conditions

Conduct and enter results from shop calls

Respond to guests and provide administrative support, as needed
